Charity golf at Borneo Golf & Resort

BONGAWAN: A charity golf tournament was held at Borneo Golf & Resort near here Saturday for the Klias Constituency Education Fund.
It was also in conjunction with the Bagandang Festival that will take place at Dewan Pa' Musa in Beaufort from Dec 11-13.
The education fund is meant to assist those underprivileged parents in sending their children to further studies, said Community Development and Consumer Affairs Minister and Klias Assemblyman Datuk Azizah Mohd Dun who is also the festival organising chairperson.
Deputy Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Lajim Haji Ukin and Lumadan Assemblyman Kamarlin Haji Ombi, among others, were also present.
