Organising chairman Angus Wong said this during a press conference here, Monday.
This annual event hosted by big bike clubs from Sabah, Labuan, Brunei, Sarawak and Indonesia was created to gather all big bikers and over the years, it has become a big draw.
"The 12th BIIBBF has now become the largest bike convoy festival ever in the history of Sabah, thanks to the support from sponsors, Sabah Tourism Board, City Hall, Royal Malaysian Police, Fire and Rescue Department, Road Transport Department, private sectors and government agencies," Wong said.
"The mindset of Sabah Big Bikers Club is changing. We are riding towards a new direction. The club will act as an advertising agent to create funds for charity.
"This year, we are donating to Darul Bakti Orphanage in Kota Belud.
"We have future plans of contributing to other charitable organisations such as for the blind and those with special needs."
Major sponsors include Shell Timur Sdn Bhd who will sponsor the event's official shirts. Maestro Swiss Trading Sdn Bhd and Regal Marketing Trading Sdn Bhd, which have supported the club since 2006, will provide 3,000 cups of Vico and Indocafe.

"The Fire and Rescue Department will be providing three big bikes with one rapid recovery vehicle and one logistic vehicle. We will help them to distribute pamphlets on the safety regulations relating to the department," Wong said.
