Kuala Lumpur: Grand-Flo Solution Bhd announced Monday that its unit, E-Tech IT Sdn Bhd (E-Tech), has been appointed a Value Added Reseller by Apple to distribute the Apple iPad in Malaysia."The appointment of E-tech as a value added reseller for the Apple iPad in addition to other apple products, indicates the company's confidence in E-Tech.

"It is also a reflection of its ability thus far, to grant Apple ample reach into the corporate sectors of Malaysia," said group managing director and group president of Grand-Flo Solution Bhd, Derrick Tan in a statement Monday.

He also said the appointment would enable Grand-Flo Solution to meet the anticipated demand from the enterprise community for tablet PCs to increase productivity alongside constant connectivity and an increasingly-mobile environment.

Under the agreement, E-Tech is authorised to distribute the Apple iPad to the enterprise customers in Malaysia, including the education sector.

Currently, E-Tech is the value added reseller for the Apple iMac and Macbook to the same segment.
