Kota Kinabalu: A public speaking project will be held at the State Library on May 25 and May 26. The objective of the programme is to polish and enhance self-development skills among youths as well as train and empower them to speak confidently in public.

All secondary schools from the West Coast, particularly Form Four students, are encouraged to participate in the two-day programme.

The closing date is on May 21.
