'Unlucky YBs should be made known earlier'

Kota Kinabalu: Announcing the Barisan Nasional (BN) candidates much earlier, before the 13th General Election, will allow the leadership to address dissatisfaction among those not selected. Those who have not been re-nominated should also be informed earlier to save them from embarrassment, said Puteri Umno Malaysia Chief, Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin."If there is dissatisfaction we will be able to detect it early and perhaps taking action against those who intend to sabotage the BN candidates will be more effective if done earlier rather than at the last moment," she said.

Rosnah said such feeling is normal for those not nominated but the question is to what extent."The clearest evidence that we can see is when some leaders who are at the end of the political career disregard the people for their personal interest to jump to another party with the hope that it will be able to sustain their career.
