C-Park is being developed by Chang Cheng Daya, a partnership between Chang Cheng Realty Sdn Bhd and Daya Material Berhad through its subsidiary company, Daya Land and Development Sdn Bhd.
The project launch together with the formalisation of the partnership between the two companies was conducted at KK Times Square recently.
C-Park integrated commercial development, once completed, will boast the first four-star 28-storey all suites hotel, the State Capital's largest food avenue, 48 designer 4-storey shoplots with private elevators, three floors of retail shopping complex, eight floors of international hospitality college institution, a medical wellness centre with over 450 car parks as well as a proposed SOHO in the second phase of the development.
The development is secured by CCTV and 24-hour guard service assisted by help stations located in key areas to enhance security.
Within C-Park, there would be an eight-storey education building where the renowned "President College" would be located.
At the launch were Daya Land and Development Sdn Bhd Business Development Manager, Azmin Mohamad, Project Director, Johan Lee, and Chang Realty Managing Director, Tee Heng Dee.
