TAMPARULI: Tuaran Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth movement wants the authorities to take firm action against instigators aiming to create chaos by disuniting the Muslims and Christians in the country.

Representing Umno, Parti Bersatu Sabah, Upko and MCA Youth movements from Tuaran BN, they lodged a police report at the police station here Monday following a sinister SMS received by Upko Tuaran Chief, Datuk Wilfred Madius Tangau on Jan 26.

The SMS basically stated that on Jan 27, 2013 about 10am at Padang Bandaran Butterworth, Pulau Pinang, Muslims would be holding a 'burn Malay language Bible festival'.

Due to such concerns, they decided to lodge the police report led by Upko Tuaran Deputy Youth Chief, Ramlee Mat.

Others were from Umno Tuaran, Zulhisyam Mohd Yusuf, from Upko Tuaran, Halmi Rajin, PBS Tamparuli deputy chief, Madin Anak and division secretary, Jilias Lintar.
