"Those who want to register may come to our registration counters next to the Sedco building at the riverside in Tamparuli which will open from 1pm and any late entries must be submitted before 7pm."

Meanwhile, Steve said everything is set and ready for the competition and are confident the participants will be ready to face all the challenges and obstacles.

"We have done our final preparations earlier this week and now we just hope the weather will be clear on the day itself but the show will still go on even if it rains."

The main event is the Adventure Race, which is a multiple discipline race designed to test the mentality, endurance and game strategy of participants.

It involves various disciplines (running, cycling, crossing rivers, and slingshot shooting) and is offering a total of RM4,700 in cash prizes.

The event will start with the Ultra Run at 4am, while the 40km-Adventure Race begins at 8am, followed immediately by the 25km-Ride for Nature.

Steve added that the event will feature a carnival-like atmosphere with various ground activities such as performances (by local artists), a zumba session, awareness programmes, handicraft sales and exhibition and more for all to enjoy.
