Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (LBFC) has appointed Josephine CM Yee as Managing Director of its Hong Kong Representative Office. Yee would be responsible for expanding Labuan IBFC's promotional and market coverage in Hong Kong and China.
An experienced corporate lawyer, she brings to the organisation more than 20 years of experience in the real estate, infrastructure, corporate and commercial sectors.
In a statement, Labuan LBFC also said she has led and managed legal, company secretarial, compliance and corporate functions in both the private and public sectors in Hong Kong. In the course of her career, Yee has undertaken a wide range of corporate finance and capital market work in the issuance of bonds and debt instruments, it said.
Yee read law and economics at Monash University, Australia, and has been admitted to practice in both Hong Kong and Malaysia. - Bernama
