Tanjung Aru Hotel is 60 per cent owned by ICSB. ICSB was incorporated in 1988 as the investment vehicle, the management and a holding company, of Yayasan Sabah Group.
A member of the Board of Directors of Tanjung Aru Hotel, Datuk Cladius Sundang @ Cladius S. Alex, presented a mock cheque for the amount to ICSB Executive Chairman Tan Sri Datu Khalil bin Datu Haji Jamalul, at Wisma Innoprise, here.
The presentation was witnessed by Chief Minister of cum Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Sabah, Datuk Seri Musa Aman (centre).
Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa is a five-star resort amidst 25 acres of landscaped gardens overlooking the weeping bay of the South China Sea.
The resort consists of 492 luxurious rooms and suites, all with private balconies.
The resort is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
