Arzilee Arbine, in a statement, said among the problems during the election of the division Youth committee members was that the number of ballot papers exceeded the number of delegates.
He also claimed there were ineligible delegates identified casting their votes while several delegates list had been found to have been changed.
"Before the election one of the delegates had asked about the list of candidates to be announced so that they will know who is contesting but this was rejected with the excuse that the delegates already knew who the candidates were.
"This could be the reason for so many ballot papers declared as spoilt votes (325)," he said.
Arzilee who was among the 15 elected division Youth committee members said the volunteers especially to count the votes were also behaving suspiciously.
He said the objection letter had been submitted to the party election committee in Kuala Lumpur.
Meanwhile, Umno Kalabakan Wanita's 14 newly-elected committee members did not resign because their former Wanita chief, Datuk Hamisa Samat, lost.
Representing the 14 committee members, Suriani Lamai strongly denied the insinuation by Datuk Ghapur Salleh that their resignation had something to do with Hamisa's defeat.
"We resigned to show our objection to the manner in which the election for the Umno Kalabakan Wanita committee members was conducted.
"There was meddling in the election by the division's leadership including campaigning openly and pressuring the delegates into voting only their sponsored candidates," she claimed.
On the re-election, she said that as stipulated in Article 15.8 and 12.11 of Umno Constitution, the matter must first be decided by the party central leadership since it involved misconduct and those found guilty must be sternly penalised.
She said Ghapur's statement on Article 12.11 was confusing because the re-election of the new committee was not only to replace the 14 committee elected members who resigned but the whole committee including the Wanita chief and vice chief as stipulated in the Article 12.3 and Article 12.4.
