Kota Kinabalu: Kolej Yayasan Sabah (KYS) will introduce two new diploma programmes namely on Tourism Management and Islamic Studies and Human Resource beginning next month.
In a statement Wednesday, it said the introduction of the new programmes will bring the total number to 27 diploma programmes offered by the KYS.
Both programmes will be introduced in November and December with the Islamic Studies programme brought via a collaboration between KYS and Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka.
Chief Executive Officer Dr Dayang Aminah Ali said the new programmes were introduced to ensure sufficient supply of manpower in the hospitality, tourism industry and generating enough Islamic intellects.
"KYS will embark on a series of roadshows statewide beginning early November for the second intake in December.
"SPM school leavers are advised to get the latest information from the roadshow," she said.
