Beluran: Youths in the state must not be influenced the group who is organise a "Himpunan Guling Kerajaan" (topple the government gathering) on New Year's eve.
An Exco member of Puteri Umno Malaysia, Julie Sabran said the gathering would only lead to negative situation, such as creating chaos in the country, among others.
Julie, who is also Beluran Puteri Umno chief, was among the latest group to lodge a police report on the planned gathering, Sunday.
In Sandakan, similar police report was also lodged by the Gum Gum People Development Leader Unit Chief, Kamal M Said.
The Umno Beaufort Youth led by its chief, Shahron Omar Osin together with the division Puteri Umno Chief, Suzanah Jamadi also lodge similar report.
They called on the relevant authorities to take stern action to stop the gathering and go after the organisers.
"We really appreciate the peace, development and political stability under the Barisan Nasional government that was chosen by the people through a clear democratic process," said Shahron.
Meanwhile, in TAWAU, District Police Chief ACP Awang Besar Dullah said police received 18 reports related to the planned illegal assembly purported to overthrow the Government on New Year's eve (Tuesday).
The latest five reports were made at the Tawau District Police Headquarters Sunday by 100 Kalabakan Umno division members headed by division vice-chief, Ismail Ayid, who feared the assembly would cause untoward incidents if not nipped in the bud.
Ismail, who also represented the Youth, Wanita and Puteri wings, in a joint statement, said Kalabakan Umno strongly condemned the action to drag the people into the street to topple the Government which was elected democratically and in accordance with the law and the national constitution.
