Many customers were queuing up at the Pos Laju consignments pick-up counter waiting to get their consignments being traced manually by the Pos Laju personnel.
A small sign at the entrance stated that the company's Track and Trace System was currently offline.
However, some customers were unsatisfied with Pos Laju's below par services despite having undergone a major privatisation exercise.
A customer claimed to be still waiting for a package sent via Pos Laju for three weeks. Senior officer of Pos Laju could not be contacted for comment.
