Waterfront Urban Development Sdn Bhd claimed on Thursday its hotel zone, designer suites condominium and commercial lots are now fully completed.
"The internal tiling, floor screeding, internal plastering to brickwall, external ceiling and all related internal works have hit 100 per cent completion.
"Fine tuning for all the minute works are in progress before handing over to owners for renovation works," it said in a statement following a follow-up visit by Mayor Datuk Abidin Madingkir to the mall, here.
Madingkir was also given the assurance that Waterfront Urban Development will take measures to ensure cleanliness and that traffic flow will be controlled once the mall opens.
"We also request the public to bear with the traffic along the waterfront project for a few more months," it appealed.
The integrated complex is expected to house various famous brands such as the Hard Rock CafŽ, the J.W. Marriot, Nandos, Sushi-Tei & Yuzu, Jelly Bunny, Dorothy Perkins, Bonia and Selangor Pewter.
Among those present during the mayor's visit to the mall was Waterfront Urban Development Executive Director, Johnson Koh, and senior officers from both City Hall and the developer.
