Kota Kinabalu: Three men, one wearing a mask, made off with over RM40,000 when they robbed a reflexology centre near Open University along Jalan Lintas-Kepayan during the wee hours, Wednesday.

The owner was made poorer when a safe box containing the cash and 17 China passports belonging to his workers were stolen by the robbers in the 3.48am incident.

Based on closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, the owner said the three men broke into his premises through the back door and stole the safe box under a counter. He said his workers alerted him when they found the premises had been broken into and he immediately lodged a report.
