Published on: Friday, April 11, 2014

Kota Kinabalu: Pakatan Rakyat elected representatives wore dark clothes at the opening of the 14th State Legislative Assembly's second term sitting Thursday as a sign of protest over three things.

According to Api-Api Assemblywoman Christina Liew, they were protesting against the judgement of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy case, the judgement against Karpal Singh for sedition and approval of the Goods and Service Tax Act in Parliament.
