Homedec exhibition to feature over 250 booths

Kota Kinabalu: CIS Network Sdn Bhd, an established trade exhibition organiser based in Kuala Lumpur, is organising a Homedec exhibition at the 1Borneo Hypermall Exhibition Hall, South Atrium, Lower Ground Floor from April 18 to 20.The exhibition, according to CIS Network Sdn Bhd Senior Executive Event, Callyster Goh, is the fourth to be held in Sabah. "The exhibition will feature more than 250 booths by 80 exhibitors, with 30 per cent of them from Sabah and the rest from various places in Malaysia," she said.ADVERTISEMENT She said the exhibits will cover a complete variety of home renovation needs and solutions which include audio visual and home appliances, floor and wall finishes, furniture and soft furnishing, home security system, household and home ware products, kitchen and bath, mattress and bedding products, tiles and stones, water filtration and solar water and others.There will also be a seminar on the 'The Expert Says' with free entrance on April 20."We have invited two experts and consultants from Rimaju Deco and Feng Shui Consultant, Sandy Taw, to give a talk on homes," she said, adding that the talk will be divided into two sessions from 1.30pm to 2.30pm and from 3pm to 4pm on the same day.In addition, Goh also said that customers would also have the opportunity to win prizes, as there will be contests held in conjunction with the exhibition.ADVERTISEMENT Speaking of the contests, she said customers who spent a minimum of RM200 in a single receipt at the exhibition would qualify to enter the Homedec Contest and win prizes of household products and the winners will be announced throughout the three-day exhibition.However, the second contest, which is the Cash for Reno involved customers spending RM1,000 in a single receipt during the exhibition running from April to June 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu and Johor Baru would have the opportunity to bring home RM80,000 cash.

The winners for the Cash for Reno, Goh said, will only be announced through phone calls in August.
