Kota Kinabalu: Sabah suffered another frustrating result after their 1-2 defeat to Felda United on Friday night. The loss was the teams third in a row since the start of the second round after earlier losses to PBAPP (0-1) and Penang (1-3).Despite dominating the match and awarded a total of 10 corners compared to the home team's one and also having 10 scoring chances to Felda United's three, all their hard work were undone by a lapse of concentration that resulted in conceding both goals, as so often happened to the team since the start of the season.ADVERTISEMENT Coach Milomir Seslija lamented the missed opportunities from the chances created, when contacted on Saturday."We suffered because we have problems in finishing and do not have someone who can finish the game for us and at the same time, almost every single mistake we made during the game resulted in a goal conceded."He said the team created a lot of chances and newly signed import Jerome Doe has two chances with one that was cleared off the line by a Felda United's defender after he has beaten the goalkeeper."Collectively, we were the better team and apart from Jerome, Marwan Sayedeh also missed a one-to-one chance after he came off the bench while Maxsius also has a chance to put his name in the score sheet."ADVERTISEMENT "Credit must be given to the Felda's goalkeeper, as he was simply the man of the match to me with many crucial saves including one from Leopold Alfonso, who showed tremendous fighting spirit." He said one positive aspect from the game was the emergence of young players like Sabri Sahar, Maxsius Musa, Dendy Lowa and Leopold."These young boys showed that they can play good football against better players. One good example is Dendy Lowa, who despite only making his first start of the season, played some good smart simple football."
