Three hurt in 3-vehicle pile-up

Kota Kinabalu: Three men sustained slight injuries in a three-vehicle pile-up near the 88 Market at Kepayan Ridge here, on Monday. The incident involved an Alza driven by a 34-year-old, a Wira by a 30-year-old and a Toyota driven by a 35-year-old. It was learnt that all three were heading towards the city centre from Penampang direction when the Toyota rear-ended the Wira which rear-ended the Alza in the 2.05pm accident.

In another accident, four people sustained slight injuries when their vehicles also rear-ended each other along the Jalan Lido-Lintas route. The vehicles involved a Kancil driven by a 34-year-old man who was heading towards Inanam from Putatan, a Toyota Vios driven by a 33-year-old man who was with his 30-year-old wife and a Pajero vehicle driven by a man in his 50s. The Pajero was said to be heading towards Likas from Penampang, while the Vios was heading towards the city center from Penampang. Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
