Sabah cops among promoted

Kuala Lumpur: The Royal Malaysian Police Commission announced the promotion of 83 senior police officers effective immediately, a Bukit Aman statement said.They include ACP Salehudin Abdul Rahman who was appointed Sabah Police CID Chief, Supt Chandrasehkaran Muthu as Kota Kinabalu Police Chief and Supt Hamzah Ahmad who was appointed Lahad Datu Police Chief.Sarawak Police Department of Management head, SAC Datuk Dr Chai Khin Chung was appointed as Sarawak Deputy Commissioner of Police.
