Among the concerns raised was for the police to investigate the Oath Stone's missing bronze plaque which had the words 'Kerajaan Malaysia Jamin' engraved on it. He said Keningau MP Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan who is Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Infrastructure Development has urged for the words to be reinstated to its original form.
"I want not only for it to be returned to its original but most important is for the rights of Sabah as stated under the 20-points and also the 3 points in the Oath Stone to be returned to Sabah and the people of Sabah. "This is because in 1963, Malaya, Singapore (seceded in 1965), Sabah and Sarawak formed a new country which was named Federation of Malaysia," he said.

"I want the police to investigate where is the original bronze plaque and also to investigate who is responsible for relocating the Oath Stone from its original site to the District Office compound in 1978 during the Berjaya era," he said. He urged the police to start investigating former ministers as well as former assembly leaders during the Berjaya era.

"I want the police to take action against those responsible once their identity is known because their action is similar to damaging public property," he said. He said such action only tarnished the honour of Sabah, adding that he plans to take civil action or under the native law against those responsible once the police have identified them.
