Petronas engineer wins award

KUALA LUMPUR: Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) chemical engineer, Sy Mohd Faiz Sy Mohd Fuzi, was presented with the coveted Young Chemical Engineer Industry Award at the recent annual Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) Malaysia Awards ceremony.The award is for innovation and excellence that recognises and rewards praiseworthy chemical engineering achievements at the individual as well as team levels.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.

Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd (PCG) President/Chief Executive Officer, Sazali Hamzah said: "Petronas is the first organisation in Malaysia to receive the Accredited Company Training Scheme (ACTS) status from IChemE for PCG's Accelerated Capability Development (ACD) training scheme, to produce the large number of highly-qualified and skilled chemical engineers that we need."
