Tenom school gets RM500,000 under Federal's Special Fund

TENOM: Chung Hwa Secondary School here received RM500,000 from the Federal government under the Budget 2014 Special Fund. It was among the 66 such schools in the country to receive the special allocation, said the school's board of directors chairman Datuk Ng Tet Hau in a media conference here Friday. Thanking, on behalf the school, the Barisan Nasional (BN) for being attentive to the welfare of schools, he also appreciated Deputy Prime Minister cum Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Deputy Education Minister I Datuk Mary Yap Kain Ching for being understanding on the problems faced by their school.
