More than 60 attend training session

KOTA KINABALU: More than 60 athletes under the TID (Talent Identification Development) programme attended the five-day training session organised by Sabah Karate Association (SKA) and Sabah Sports Council last week.SKA Secretary General Julian Chin who was one of the coaches conducted the session said the athletes were selected from TID programme conducted in all branches and clubs throughout Sabah recently."The training included fitness test, psychology, nutrition by National Institute of Sports and the main aim is to improve their technical, tactical skill and we hope in a year's time SKA will have core athletes of international standard."ADVERTISEMENT Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
