Four Nepalese detained over death of 56-yr-old technician

SEREMBAN: Four more suspects were detained Sunday over the death of a factory technician at the Senawang Industrial Estate, near here Seremban District Police Chief, ACP Muhamad Zaki Harun said the suspects, Nepalese nationals, aged 20 to 34, were detained several hours after the first suspect, aged 23, was detained at his house. "They are the first suspect's house mates. He was detained at a house in Taman Seri Pagi, Senawang at 6.15am yesterday. Police also seized several items of clothings from the suspects for making DNA comparisons.

In the incident yesterday, factory technician, R. Jayaram, 56, of Sungai Gadut, was found dead behind a factory with an injury on the head. He was believed to have been hit with a blunt object. The victim was found sprawled on the ground covered with blood by a security guard of the factory who was on patrol at 3.10am. – Bernama
