Kota Kinabalu: Chinese Consul General, Chen Peijie, has described Kota Kinabalu as a safe and harmonious city.Speaking to Mayor Datuk Abidin Madingkir during a courtesy call here on Monday, Chen said it was a privilege for her to serve as the first Consul General for Sabah, and is looking forward to carry out her duties.
