Kuala Lumpur: A seven-year-old boy died after he fell from the third floor of an apartment unit at Suria Court, Bandar Mahkota Cheras Thursday afternoon.The victim, Damon Yen Zhi Yang, was sent to the unit, a tuition centre, by his mother earlier in the morning as he had a fever.Kajang District Police Chief ACP Abdul Rashid Abdul Wahab said the incident occurred at about 12.45 in the afternoon.

He said the victim was found dead in prone position following severe head injuries.

"The victim's mother had sent her child over to the tuition teacher to help take care of him as he was not feeling well," he told reporters when met at the scene.
