Missing man found drowned in K’gau river

KENINGAU: A man who was reported missing while fishing in Pegalan River at Kampung Marangas Apin-Apin, here, was found drowned about 2.20pm on Saturday.
The victim, identified as John Wahid, 35, was reported missing about 11.10pm on Friday. A team from the Keningau Fire and Rescue Station rushed to the scene, some 23km away, after being alerted of the incident at 6.24am on Saturday.
