AMC College offers scholarship to students for UK degrees

KOTA KINABALU: In conjunction with the launch of Leeds Beckett University degree here, AMC College is offering a special scholarship to students who are financially underprivileged, especially those from the B40 group, to achieve their dreams of higher education.

AMC College CEO Jeffrey Goh said the Datuk Chu Kok Keng Scholarship Award enables students who have good grades in their STPM, Matriculation or ‘A-Levels’ to apply for the scholarship.

The BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance offers a good opportunity for those who are keen to embark on a more highly demanded career in accountancy and finance. The programme also provides a progression route for diploma holders in Accountancy to upgrade to a prestigious degree. It offers graduates a maximum nine papers exemption from ACCA (UK).

The three-year BA (Hons) Business and Management degree provides a comprehensive study on the critical skills knowledge aimed at training students to manage effectively across a broad range of disciplines in today’s rapidly changing business environment. It allows students to gain added qualification from the Chartered Management Institute UK in professional consulting.
