“Also, the promotion package is something not to be missed. Things have been positive this year in that the new government is putting out many initiatives such as the (first time) home ownership campaign and myHome 2.0 for example which are targeted at first time home buyers and also second time home buyers to own a home.
“The banks also are offering many initiatives. Over the last 10 years, bank’s interest rates have gone down as low as 4.15 per cent.
“So this is actually a lot of signals telling you that this is actually the right time to buy (a property). It is time to invest especially with a trusted developer who has a proven track record.
“This is the time you will see a new condo (concept) in terms of lifestyle, workmanship expectations and quality of product as compared with previous condominium developments.
“This is a condo development that can compete with condos at Klang Valley.”
