Workers installing lights at the median of Donggongon-Papar highway which was knocked down by a car. A traffic policeman in attendance said the driver claimed he lost control of his car when his eyes were hit with dust.
However, a resident of nearby Kg Hubah claimed most drivers who are enjoying the newly completed highway tend to overspeed. “ I usually drive on the fast lane just below 90 km/hr and I get bullied by other drivers” he said.
