LAHAD DATU: Umno leaders have admitted that the previous Barisan Nasional (BN) government, which Umno was the backbone, was not perfect, but claimed that it is still better than the current Pakatan Harapan (PH) government.
Umno Secretary General, Tan Sri Annuar Musa, said although Umno and BN have their weaknesses, it is still better in certain aspects.

“We (BN) are better in the aspect of unity, religious harmony, economic growth, people’s welfare, political stability and more.
“But they (PH) are struggling to stabilise the country, even the politics among themselves are not stable,” he said when officiating the Silam Umno Delegates Meeting, here, Sunday.
He said PH does not prioritise issues regarding the people but rather focus on issues that are not even related to the nation such as the flying car, adding that the people deserve a better government.
“We cannot blame the nation for changing course because they only want something better,” he said.
