Topping off ceremony for  2 Bukit Bantayan towers

PENINSULA-BASED award-winning developer Gamuda Land on Saturday celebrated its topping off ceremony for the final two towers of its biggest mixed development, Bukit Bantayan Residences Phase 1, in Inanam.

Its Executive Director, Dato’ Abdul Sahak, said the ceremony was held for the Cemara and Dilenia Towers.

Spread over 18 acres of breath-taking highland overlooking the South China Sea and a lush mountainous landscape, he said the Bukit Bantayan Residences Phase 1 offers a total of 912 apartment units, 25 retails shoplots, wellness facilities and more.

“This housing project is the biggest mixed development for high-rise in Inanam which comprises five residential apartment blocks, namely Ebena Tower, Cemara Tower and Dilenia Towers and two future developments.

“The 25-storey Ebena Tower with 296 units will be ready next month, while the 25-storey Cemara Tower with 296 units and the 27-storey Dilenia Tower with 320 units are targeted to obtain their respective OCs in 2020. Built-ups of the units are between 904 sq ft and 1,100 sq ft.

Abdul Sahak said the project’s Phase 2 is expected to be launched next year.

Also present were Gamuda Land Chief Operating Officer Aw Sei Cheh, Bukit Bantayan Residences General Manager Lim You Kuang, consultants and contractors involved in development of the project.

“The apartment units in the Phase 1 offers highland retreats with a view of the South China Sea, verdant greenery and mountain range.

“Apart from that, the property development is also equipped with earthquake-resistant building design and Gamuda ONE App that has a variety of functions for residents, including pre-registration of visitors, common facility defects reporting, booking of common facilities, community chat and panic room button,” he said.

In addition, Abdul Sahak said they also announced a 4.03 million safe man hours, which is a high level of safe man hours recorded, which showed the company’s credential. 

He said the mixed development project also comprises 25 shop lots to be located at the podium level that houses wellness facilities such as swimming pool, gymnasium, multipurpose hall and other facilities, including floating lounger, sun deck, BBQ area, gazebo, green canopy, reflexology, and children playground, among others. – Hayati Dzulkifli
