Kota Kinabalu: A total of 353 big bike enthusiasts including renowned artist Awie participated in a convoy along with Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin in conjunction with his 66th birthday celebration, Saturday.
The convoy, organised by the Royal Malaysia Police, was flagged off at the Sabah Administrative Centre (PPNS) at 8.20am and headed towards Kota Belud before moving to a field in the district for a community service programme.

Awie, whose real name is Datuk Ahmad Azhar Othman, was earlier given the honour to put a vest on Juhar.
The convoy was expected to arrive back at PPNS at 1.30pm today.
Of the bikers, 17 were VIPs, 149 policemen and 187 members of the public. Four of them were women.
