Seven events were held in the competition and she managed to pull an 18-ton bus with a distance of 42 feet six inches, log press with 18 reps, farmer’s walk (120kg) in 14 seconds,  loading race (40kg, 60kg, 80kg) in 28 seconds, Yoke Walk (160kg) in 17 seconds,  tyre flip (350kg) – four flips and  car deadlift (Myvi - 140kg) – 33 reps.

The victory was her 12th accomplishment this year including the Static Monster world title she won in June,   and the Philippines Open title in September while her last title was at the ZK Classic held in conjunction with National Sports Day in Bukit Jalil last month.

Adding to her success last year, she was awarded the Best Strongwoman Athlete of 2018 by Malaysia Strongestman Association.

The 32-year-old vowed to do even better next year and her target is to make it to the finals of the World Strength Games at St. George, Utah, USA in April and to defend her Static Monsters World title in Columbus, Ohio, USA in August.

Meanwhile, her older sister, Julie Heng also shined at the same venue by eating her way to the StrongEat Sports women title.

The Hong Kong based stewardess managed to eat eight burgers within 15 minutes to beat all other competitors to be crowned champion. – GL Oh
