The State’s old “0” or Zero Squatters Campaign is overwhelmed as an estimate by PMR Napic in 2016 that this year, Sabah would need some 529,342 homes. This does not take into account emigration effect on the population and Sabahans working and having settled outside Sabah for their career advancement.
