He said the neighbour informed their employer after she heard the victim’s screams. The employer arrived with her husband and kicked the victim’s door.
The victim, who was living alone after his family went back to Indonesia in 2016, was believed to have been stabbed to death by a sharp object. There was a stab wound on the left side of his stomach.
“Preliminary investigations found no trace of break-in.
The motive of the incident was still under investigation but it was believed that the murder was by individual(s) known to the victim,” he said.
