Shirtless vagrant throws stones at passing vehicles

CITY HALL officers and the police are on the lookout for a shirtless man at one part of the Tuaran Bypass, who has apparently been pelting passing cars with stones.The vagrant stoked the anger of a Manggatal car-owner whose front bonnet was damaged as a result of the actions of the former.
