Tuaran: Some 1,800 residents from eight villages at Jalan Kauluan, here, were provoked by the actions of certain outsiders using the village routes as a way to avoid roadblocks of the Movement Control Order (MCO).Kg Kauluan Ulu Village Community Management Council (MPKK) Chairperson Juliana Singkun, 61, said despite putting up signboards stating the prohibited entry of outsiders, the motorists took no heed of it.
