Kota Kinabalu: Six premises including a place or worship in the state were shut down by authorities for flouting anti-Covid-19 regulations, said Sabah Health Director Datuk Dr Christina Rundi.

She said the premises were ordered close under Section 18(1)(f) of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 for not abiding by the regulation to implement social distancing and operational permit order.

“The premises ordered close were two departmental stores, one eatery, a telecommunication outlet, a place of worship and a water machine,” said Rundi in a statement.
