Tuaran: Shangri-La International has introduced ‘Shangri-La Cares’, enforcing new procedures in ensuring the well-being and comfort of guests, staff and partners in the new normal situation.Shangrila’s Rasa Ria Resort in Tuaran had taken similar precaution and measures in order to maintain a safe, secure environment and following the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health.
The resort’s General Manager, Fiona Hagan, said the outbreak had further required them to elevate rigorous hygiene and safety standard and putting in place additional tried-and tested measures.
