Kota Kinabalu: Sabah music teacher entrepreneur Dr Janet Lee is giving a pre-launch talk on the next generation e-home school today (Saturday) at 2pm at the theatre of the Malaysia Multi-Skills Training Centre, Likas, located along the same row as the Education Department building.

This comes at a time of reported reluctance of many parents to send their children to schools for fear of contracting Covid-19, pending the availability of an effective vaccine.

The next generation e-home school provides online tuition on all subjects in the Education Ministry’s syllabus for all primary and secondary school levels.

Standard operating procedure (SOP) under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) will be strictly observed for attendees on a first come, first served basis due to limited seating.

In the near future, the Sabah Government will be invited to launch two foundations to benefit marginalised communities, including stateless children not eligible for formal schooling, as well as to set up music labs in rural schools.

For registration or more information, contact Dr Janet Lee at 013-8608777.
