KUALA LUMPUR: Six voters were seen to display Covid-19 symptoms at the Chini by-election as of 3pm on Saturday (July 4).
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the six voters were referred to its treatment camp and cast their ballots there.

He said among the Health Ministry's measures for Covid-19 at the Chini by-election was that voters who failed the temperature screening and who were symptomatic would vote at a special tent with a standard operating procedure (SOP) in place.
"The voter will then be examined by the medical team for further action," he said in a statement on Saturday (July 4).
He said that 98 other voters had also been referred to the treatment camp.
"One voter was referred to the Health Clinic for further treatment," he said.
