Kota Kinabalu: The State Attorney General’s Department under the previous Barisan Nasional State Government is believed responsible for the controversial Sabindo project being allowed to proceed under new lop-sided terms despite a Federal Court order to demolish the illegally-built structures on June 23, 2009. A high-level meeting scheduled today is expected to make a decision on the matter.
