Covid-19: Five new cases in Malaysia, zero in Sabah

Kota Kinabalu: Malaysia registered five new Covid-19 cases, four of them local ones including a Sarawak medical centre health worker, on Wednesday. Sabah had zero new cases.
The sole imported case involved a foreigner returning to Malaysia for work, said the Ministry of Health.

One of the locally transmitted cases involved a foreigner in Kuching, Sarawak, while the others were a local detected during a pe-surgery test at the Sungai Buloh Hospital, Selangor and two cases in Sarawak, namely a close contact of case #8732 and a medical centre health worker.
