Ruling coalition maintains majority, Shafie still CM: Christina Liew

Kota Kinabalu: Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal is still the Chief Minister of the government of the day, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Christina Liew.
The Sabah PKR Chairperson said the Warisan-led State Government still has the numbers that enable them to continue governing the State.

Liew said this to reporters after a meeting with Shafie and party partners Upko and DAP at his official residence, here, Wednesday.
"Shafie is still the CM and we are all behind him," she said.
On Sabah PKR Vice-Chairman Kenny Chua, who finally showed his support to Tan Sri Musa Aman during the latter's press conference on Wednesday, Liew said Chua should have done the honourable thing of leaving the party first.

Expressing her disappointment, Liew said she agreed with National PKR Information Chief Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Md Akin that Chua should be taken disciplinary action against by the party.

Meanwhile, Shafie, who went out to meet his supporters, told reporters that he will talk to the media Thursday morning at the Sabah State Administration Centre about the issue.
