Kota Kinabalu: A lawyer and two businesswomen have filed an application for Judicial Review against the declaration by the Head of State to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly and for State elections to be held within 60 days.
Among the grounds cited are the current Covid-19 pandemic, the awaited decision on who is the rightful Chief Minister following the 2018 elections that is now before the Federal Court and irregularities in the electoral rolls that need cleaning up first.
