Penampang preschool closed after pupil allegedly gets Covid-19

Kota Kinabalu: The SK Penampang preschool near here has been closed for two weeks after a pupil was said to have contracted Covid-19, reported The Star.

The school, which has 50 preschoolers and two teachers, is awaiting confirmations from the Health Department whether to undergo home quarantine or screening, Sabah Education Department director Mistirine Radin reportedly said.

“For now, the school will be closed for sanitisation and quarantine until Aug 18, ” she said.
