Sabah’s GDP fell to lowest in 2018

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) rate of 1.5 per cent in 2018 shows a contraction from 5.1 per cent in 2016.It is the lowest among Malaysian states.
Agriculture contracted -0.3 per cent (RM13.8 billion) and mining, quarrying -5.6 per cent (RM24.0 billion), according to the Statistics Department.
